I’ve just returned from an appointment in a nearby city to present a proposal to manage about one hundred units in 7 different buildings.
It was a two step presentation so we’ll have to wait to see how it turns out. It was interesting that the owner couldn’t give an example of even one problem that they’re facing in any of there units. Not one. This suggest to me that they DO have problems, they’re just so far removed from the daily operations that they don’t know about the problems. It’s difficult to sell to these type of people….but I’ll keep at it.
