Stronghold Managements philosophy is simple: Provide the highest quality commercial and residential and condominium management services at a good value. This philosophy is accomplished through professionalism, implementation of tested systems, and sound organizational practices. This is all done with one goal in mind – to achieve optimum return on investment for our owner clients and condominium owners.
Management Strategy
Stronghold Management’s primary objective is to maximize profits for our owner clients and enhance the value of their properties. This objective is accomplished by taking Stronghold Management’s tested systems and customizing the approach for each property based on that property's specific needs. This starts when our staff, lead by Jay Parkinson, meets with the property owner or Condo Board of Directors for a preliminary property assessment meeting. After analyzing the information gathered at this meeting and the owner’s objectives, our management team will develop a customized property management plan. Then our experienced staff will skillfully implement the plan over a set timetable, allowing for periodic review and redirection if any potential problems arise.
